Strategy Execution: Tactics, Tips and Technology
The weight of strategy execution is a significant weight to carry!  Strategic initiatives often get brushed aside for day-to-day demands.  The plan’s clarity, purpose can decrease over time as can excitement levels for the initiatives.  Successful execution is a legitimate challenge.  But there are principles that help drive strategy execution.  When these fundamentals are practiced and internalized by an organization, strategy execution takes on a positive life of its own.  In this session, we’ll explore solutions to strategy execution challenges and implementation best practices.
